All products are handcrafted from natural wood. As wood is a natural material, variations in colour, grain, and texture are inherent to the product and do not constitute a defect. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Payment

We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bancontact, and other methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Shipping

We ship to the Netherlands, EU countries, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Consumers have the right to return orders within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Asta Kayu and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Asta Kayu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
