Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Asta Kayu purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@astakayu.com.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and uninstalled
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must be in the same condition as when received
You must contact us before sending the return

3. Return Process

Contact us at info@astakayu.com with your order number and reason for return
We will provide return instructions and the return address
Ship the items back securely in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the product has been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
