Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 4–10 business days
- Rest of EU: 4–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders — thresholds are displayed at checkout.
4. Large & Bulk Orders
For orders of 10 boxes or more, please contact us at info@astakayu.com for a custom freight quote. Large orders may require pallet delivery and separate arrangement.
5. UK Customs & Duties
Shipments to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at the point of delivery. Asta Kayu is not responsible for any customs delays.
6. Damaged in Transit
All panels are carefully packaged to prevent damage. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@astakayu.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
